HEREFORD, LYNCH, SELLARS & KIRKHAM, PC is a large local accounting firm with offices in Conroe and Cleveland, Texas. The firm was originally founded by Charles R. Hereford in Conroe, Texas in 1961. Over the past forty-nine years the firm has experienced growth in all areas of professional accounting services, and increased the staff to over 23 employees. Currently, the staff includes seven Certified Public Accountants, ten other accounting professionals and four support staff.

The firm prides itself in accomplishing this objective by hiring highly qualified employees, providing a wide variety of on-the-job training, requiring a minimum of forty hours of continuing professional education for each professional staff person per year, and submitting our accounting and auditing practice to the rigorous quality control standards necessary to maintain membership in the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA Divisions for Firms.
